Website-level terms should be read together with the applicable quotation, purchase order and sales agreement for each transaction.
Website descriptions, specifications, availability, lead times and indicative information may change and should not be treated as a binding quotation unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final product specifications, pricing, MOQ, tooling, lead time, payment terms, Incoterms®, taxes, duties and other commercial conditions are confirmed in the applicable commercial documents.
Compliance depends on the product, materials, manufacturing process, intended use and destination market. Buyers should communicate applicable requirements and review relevant product documentation.
Where a sample is approved, the approved sample and written specifications should be identified in the order documentation.
Any replacement, rework, credit, refund or other remedy is subject to the applicable sales agreement, agreed specifications, inspection criteria and circumstances of the individual claim.
Shipping responsibilities are determined by the agreed Incoterm® and commercial documents. Transit times may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, port conditions and other factors outside the parties' control.
Customer-provided trademarks, artwork, drawings and proprietary information should be handled according to the applicable agreement. Tooling ownership and storage arrangements should be documented separately where relevant.
Where website information differs from an executed commercial agreement, the applicable agreement governs the transaction.
